Soundscapes „Summer Meadow“

„Summer Meadow“ is a plant sonification experiment, a piece of music, i recorded with the artist Katharina Gross in 2021 for a project which places different kinds of art into a garden. Technical details: Quantized pitch, duration and gate goes into a Computer (using Sonic Pi) and Eurorack Synth.

I shape my kick

A quintuplet based groove with drums, vocals and modular. Taiko is playing the solo. Bassdrum triggers O-Coast / Snare triggers White Noise / Pad triggers Ensemble Oscillator / Mic into Beads / Sequencer: DFAM, RYK 185, MO32 / rough recording / mix (Kick, Snare, 2 Overhead Mic), dbx Compressor, Reaper, Kdenlive

Just finished some DIY Modules i recently built for my Eurorack Synthesizer. From left to right: Blind Plate; Triple Quad Multiple; Triple Attenuator; Bypass Switch with Attenuators; Passive Line Output Module with separate Headphones Output; Switchable Input Module and Overdrive for Mic In, Line In or Eurorack Signals In (actually it’s a hack of a Tube Screamer clone) – all in all, rough built, but works excellent.
